Scotus is in a catch 22 right now...if they reject this case they are violating their own oath to uphold the constitution and if they do take it they will potentially tear Washington apart....I hope they do but wont hold my breath..they dont have the cajonas..we will soon be shown how compromised they are........or not....

We've already established that this is a complete non-issue. You don't get anywhere in the Swamp if you do anything as old-fashioned as holding your word dear.
I'm not so convinced. That black moppet that plays a press secretary on TV seemed to let something slip about the 2020 election before she said she had gotten "ahead of herself." I wonder if it's already been done. Can't wait to find out!

The U.S. Supreme Court will decide whether it will take up a case that could overturn the 2020 elections and make representatives who voted to confirm the election ineligible to hold office in the future. The case, Brunson v. Alma S. Adams; et al, sues the members of Congress who voted against the proposed 10-day audit of the 2020 elections, alleging that doing so and then certifying the election regardless was a breach of their oath of office.
If the Supreme Court rules against Congress, it could potentially remove a sitting president and vice president, along with the members of Congress involved, and deem them unfit to hold office again at any level of U.S. government. It would allegedly also give the Supreme Court the ability to authorize the swearing-in of the rightful president and vice president.
If you go all the way back to Marbury v. Madison, one of the challenges Chief Justice John Marshall grappled with is the Supreme Court does not possess its own enforcement mechanism. Enforcement belongs to the Executive Branch.
There would need to be a well thought out sequence of events to rule in favor of this case. They clearly canβt depend on the corrupted Executive Branch Agencies to enforce such a ruling. If anything, the Executive Branch under Biden would declare martial law and suspend the Courts.
Oh Heavenly Father, please grant the Supreme Court Judges the courage and the wisdom to do the right thing, with a landslide ruling. Please Lord, open their heart and eyes, to see the true path they must take, no matter what. Amen.

QUESTION: Will SCOTUS overturn 2020 and prevent whoever certified that election to occupy any office?
ANSWER: No.

I have learned to not get my hopes up.
I think we are all there with you.

Good point.
Is that why the military is the only way?
Nobody knows.
Nope
Prove me wrong (please :)

Maybe, perhaps but not holding my breath.

SCOTUS is swamp and covered in innocent blood. There's no remedying for anything coming from them.
