The First charge was dismissed with the argument the military tribunal had no authority. Of course the military Judge that did this was also a LEFTIST! The second charge is now in the hands of another Judge(female) that was installed by the left. not many chances that this goes a different path then the first charge.
Think the military will take direct action if the courts fail?
