BREAKING: Judge Grants Kari Lake's Request to Examine Maricopa Co Ballots in Preparation for Trial
A judge in Maricopa County has ordered that Kari Lakeβs petition to inspect ballots in the county from the 2022 mid-term election be granted. The Lake campaign will have to select a designate a ballot inspector and provide the court with contact informatio...
Ho Lee Fuk!
Eh, ok wait, she gets to inspect a whole 50 random ballots, kind of a joke.
I am just going to take a wild guess here, so bear with me.
The Plaintiff is requesting to examine 50 random ballots from a precinct of their choice in Maricopa county. What if they already know which precincts are filled with bad ballots?
There are millions of ballots to choose from. By selecting a small number, it doesn't give the defense much of a chance to determine which precinct or where the ballots will be selected from. It makes it hard to cover all the bases as they say.
By choosing 50 ballots, this seems like a fairly innocuous request, which should make it easier for the judge to approve. It also will save tremendous time.
If, with this 50 ballots, fraud is uncovered, we will have our second court win. The FIRST is actually getting a judge, any judge, to do anything other than scream laches or moot. The second would be actual DISCOVERY.
If fraud is discovered, I can pretty much guarantee you that a request to examine all ballots will be requested. Using the precedent of a judge ruling it is okay to examine ballots for fraud, this additional request should be much easier than going for the whole thing right out of the gate.
Can the designated inspector be Jovan Pulitzer please?
perfect!
You still trust him?
Yes, I think there is a reason the Maricopa forensic audit didn't make the difference at the time. He gathered the evidence and it's ready for use at the appropriate time. That's the way I read it. Do you think I am being too optimistic?
Optimism is a good thing, so no.
I like Jovan and hope he is genuine but for me, something felt off, especially when a lot of the info was placed behind a paywall.
Fair enough, trust your instincts.
He did it to reduce noise. He doesn't need the money.
He's not a bad guy but he's a blowhard who massively exaggerates a lot of things, especially his own accomplishments and credentials. I did some business with him back in the cuecat days. You definitely could do much worse for an auditor, but you also could do a lot better.
He's a dick but also a genius at what he does.
Not allowed to see the envelopes though
It's the phony zip codes on the envelopes that give the whole scam away.
and the signatures or lack thereof
Last paragraph:
Yes. The judge said Hobbs had to submit a petition to dismiss by yesterday, and that the case was being scheduled for Tuesday. He will review between now and Tuesday. I think it is standard practice.
Ooooooooooooooh shit.
