I’ve been watching all of the weird deaths in the special ops community for the past couple of years. We know the CIA had sent many of these groups on questionable missions over the years. Trump and Chris Miller ensured that control of Special Forces was pulled back to DoD.
These guys have seen unimaginable stuff. But they passed psychological profiles that would supposedly enable them to do what they did. This guy takes command of a Seal Team, an honor, most likely a life’s goal, and he seemingly takes his own life one month later?
More weirdness in the special forces. Or a cover story.

I agree, but he was probably in incredible shape is all we can be sure of. He just got a major promotion so it was probably not suicide. At his age he was probably married with kids, so they were probably in the home. Even this is speculation. The military is very guarded about any information on our special forces. I was at Ft. Bragg in the early 90’s, the Delta Force compound was set back in the woods and looked like a prison with all the chain link fence and razor wire. They never interacted with us, but we knew the guy’s with beards and long hair at the range were delta.
I agree more info is needed but to your point of being a specimen of athleticism and living out your dream, many professional athletes have dropped dead as well.

Unlikely he was suicided since you know, he’s a SEAL.
I've always thought that in cases of odd deaths surrounding seals or special forces that they have opted for a fake death to start a new life or that's it for operational security and they are about to do something so extreme that a fake death is the least important part of the story.
