God, I hope not!! PA government is corrupt as they come.
No sauce, no updoot!
Someone is confusing SCOTUS with the Supreme Court of PA:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supreme_Court_of_Pennsylvania
While researching this, I came across something quite interesting:
"It has been over 200 years since a monarch ruled Pennsylvania, but King’s Bench Power still exists in Pennsylvania.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court recently rebuffed a request to use this ancient power to address the very recent emergence of business-interruption insurance claims arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic."

"The King’s Bench Powers also are described in Pennsylvania Statutes Title 42, § 502, in language taken from the 1722 Act:
The Supreme Court [of PA] shall have and exercise the powers vested in it by the Constitution of Pennsylvania, including the power generally to minister justice to all persons and to exercise the powers of the court, as fully and amply, to all intents and purposes, as the justices of the Court of King's Bench, Common Pleas and Exchequer, at Westminster, or any of them, could or might do on May 22, 1722. The Supreme Court shall also have and exercise the following powers: (1) All powers necessary or appropriate in aid of its original and appellate jurisdiction which are agreeable to the usages and principles of law. (2) The powers vested in it by statute, including the provisions of this title.

Note that "Title 42, § 502" matches what is in OPs image above
Found this from 4 years ago:

WHA?
you ever read something and feel like you already know it?
Not this time. I just web searched for 42 PA CSA 502.
I should have continued to read.....

I have got to get back to this...
King's bench? I wonder if that has anything to do with the British Monarchy. BAR was said to have been from London, England.... Wigs, and such. We are each equal under the True Crown of His Majesty Christ Jesus, (common tongue). Nobility is a privilege to be respected by the holder of the title.
Off to bed, but dare I say, old merica sounded based.
If you've got enough armed men then the "consolidated statutes of ye olde crown bla bla" mean nothing at all.
You get to choose! Satan wears the crown, or you wear a crown under our King Jesus Christ. Satan has had it for long enough, I believe.
:o
Keystone State!
Yeah, no thank you. Those powers contradict the Constitution and give a royal edict power over a jurisdiction the king supposedly didn't have.
We were never free people. Not one day of our nation's existence is what they told us.
I'm free now and done with all this bullshit.
Where is this statement from?
I think this is in context to states rights vs federal courts. So then yes, the supreme court of any state does supercede that of the federal?
Explain yourself?
Uh, what?
