Is there any reason to suspect that the AZ SC isn't corrupt as well?? If not, can the appeal, after the AZ SC denies relief (on 'standing', again?) go direct to the US Supreme Court?
As in most places, the Arizona corruption is vertical: from the bottom to the top.
That is slanderous. The good people of Arizonia have always demanded top-down corruption!
(heh)
Folks do have standards, and quite a legacy!
I doubt scotus would take the case. But they can try.
It's the AZ SC. This isn't a scotus matter as voting is a states rights and responsibilities issue, it has nothing to do with the feds.
State elections are an exclusively state matter, albeit so long as valid federal law and the Constitution are not violated.
As for federal elections, the Constitution and federal statute is far more authoritative than you might think.
It's good that Kari is forcing the corruptocrats to show themselves. She may lose the fight, but the political snakes will be visible to all.
10,000 feet - corruption will be shown through all levels of govt, don't be discouraged as we've been told that the military is the only way.
And the corrupt judges have or will have shown themselves. Handy dandy judgometer.
Remind me how many years ago we were told that though. At some point it has to start happening.
Thats it, don't give up. BZ.
Does this mean I get can my hopes up at the highest level?
Should speed up the process of going to the Federal SC, but we have an indicator of the SC coming up on the 6th.
The lack of groundswell support to protest the election is jarring.
I live in Arizona, in central Phoenix, other than the court cases in the news, there has been zero support for Kari on the ground.
A couple days after the election there were like 20 people protesting downtown, since then, nothing.
No one cares, the judges won't care, no one will force them to care.
Arizona is too damn chill.
