This is terrifying and is a direct affront to our Constitutional Rights. It clearly establishes critical thinking as 'thought' crimes. Medical boards already command a powerful 'Group think' influence. This law only codifies and greatly exasperates the influence. Where does this power end? Is it a 'license' to go after not only medical doctors, but homeopaths, osteopaths, naturopaths, and chiropractic practitioners?
IMHO, this is a good class action case to challenge and to overturn. The effects of this will be a cancer to health practitioners everywhere.
Needs to go all the way to the SC. Doctors have already done enough damage pushing the shot, as have hospitals, and transplant teams, sports teams, businesses. They all need to be sued into oblivion.

This is a key point. One thing though, what it the age bracket of most doctors pushing it? It seems like the ages of the ones against it are all in the 50+YO category. 20 years back I worked with many doctors (75 or more) and perhaps half were anti-government, constantly complaining about overreach, and how patient care decisions were being taken away from doctors and moved over to insurance companies.
Where I'm going with this is a gut feeling that doctors pro vaccine are younger, will never open a private practice (or even consider doing it) and plan to spend their career within the bowels of the corporate medical industry. Where they have the most to lose if they don't shut up and get with the program.

Good for general health but not complex illness. To many genetic issues that require care beyond their scope. If things stay as they are you will either roll the dice with the NHS US healthcare is devolving to or pay for private "concierge" doctors.
What should happen (were I king) would be the insurance industry splits off coverage plans (the way it used to be). You paid for general care office visits (whether you choose MD or holistic path). This would be for sore throats, sprains, rashes, etc. Then you'd have a major medical insurance plan that covers surgery, ER, chemo, etc. The current system dragged down by illegals using ER for general doctor visits, way too many tests to prevent litigation, over-prescribing drugs, and on & on. Insurance companies though don't care as they're paid by mandatory insurance policy purchases (Obama ACA) with high deductibles and want things to stay as they are.
This is flat out a stupid and VERY desperate move by the deep state. People are finding out about how dangerous the jab is from many sources....not just doctors. Basically moving around the deck chairs on the Titanic....
Essentially this means Doctors can’t practice medicine. I see a lot of Doctors leaving California over this. They have the means and the profession to go anywhere. This will put more stress on an already understaffed medical system in CA where they keep adding patients, illegals, and keep chasing away medical professionals, forced vacs, other controls and punishments, and now this. It’s insane and dangerous for patients. People will die.
What it also means is more nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other physician extenders will take over the practices where physicians have left to fill in the gap, and many of them will just go along with the board dictum. Sad.
Absolutely. 20 years ago doctors were retiring if they could because of all the hoops they had to jump thru and all the payments they had to accept. They don’t make money until they are 30ish and then they don’t get paid shit for what they do. All u have to do is look at the Medicare summary bill. They charge 300 and get paid 100. And they have to pay for their office, their staff, their insurance and malpractice insurance. They literally aren’t making any money. And now they are threatened with their livelyhood? Do we want good doctors or not?
When those doctors move out of Kalifornia, the people will be left with no one to treat them except those "doctors" who are willing to administer drugs/shots they KNOW are killing people.

You are most likely correct. But those young vaccinated doctors may not be around 5-20 years from now post Covid shot compliance.
They'll be seamlessly replaced by 3rd world PA's overjoyed with their $80K salary.

I believe PA’s make at least $110,000. Some make more like in NY and Calif. d/t the high cost of living.

I do not believe that doctors are required to be a member of the American Medical Association, although most likely are.
