I am so tired of hearing Trump, and now Trump Jr., saying this is being done out of spite. It has nothing to do with spite. It has to do with a firmly held belief that there is no difference between a Uniparty speaker of the Democrat flavor or a Uniparty speaker of the Republican flavor. We either stand together as patriots, or we turn the country over to them. It is that simple.
As if anything we see politically is an accurate reflection of what we "voted" for.
All I see is more stolen elections with no consequence, and now I have Katie Hobbs as a governor. I have to live with the real consequences of that, while hoping that a fairy tale is playing out behind the scenes.
Gaslighting me into thinking McConnell 2.0 is a great idea isn't going to fly. Unfortunately, the Trump team doesn't have the credibility to swing that with me anymore.
I will not support a HS who proudly wears the Ukrainian flag on his lapel, ever. I don't care who, including Trump, tells me otherwise.

There is no reason to believe that McCarthy won't be just like Paul Ryan and John Boehner and all the other "R's" who came before.
His track record is one of rolling over for the deep state establishment and NOT standing strong as a true statesman for We the People.
