Thumbs up Re: question: star of david in congress
Many of the symbols connected with the nation's Capitol building hearken back to the founding father's Masonic roots and not the state of Israel
the stars above the eagles head. 6 point formation.
The star of David is not necessarily a Jewish symbol. It may be the symbol that everyone relates to Israel today, but long before the existence of Israeli history this symbol was used by the Sun King of the Lost Continent of Mu. There are many other instances where a 6 pointed star has been used outside of Israel. E.g. in Japan this symbol is a holy symbol called the Kagome.

Also, during the Civil War, General Braxton Bragg's Army of the Mississippi had two flags that incorporated the six pointed star in them; and also only consisted of twelve stars, omitting the center star.

It won't copy. Let me try something.
I am not confused. I said it represents them not identical to them.
Just because it is a six-pointed star, doesn't mean its a star of David. IMHO, that's not even close.
Very well. I honor your opinion. What about a stop sign though.

These are obviously different symbols despite some superficial similarities.
If you look at the central point there is absolutely a hexagram.
But Im still not buying this.
