There's a video floating around from a recent trump rally with a female who looks identical to Babbit ducking out of camera view once she and her party noticed they were in view of camera. There's also more recent evidence to suggest Babbitt was a fictional character, if anyone doubts this they're welcome to stop being so lazy and do some research for themselves I've learned to be skeptical of everything over time. why would I trust supposed mainstream news events when there's too much evidence to support that everything we've been taught has been a lie? Yes its highly possible Babbitts death was faked to provoke a war on the supposed worst day in American history, I'd bet money on it actually.

It does protect the right to protest. If you remain in the road and refused multiple lawful orders to move, you aren't Jay Walking, you're disorderly which is a crime. Can't prevent the flow of traffic unlawfully.
