Namely that nearly half (46%) of the US did not believe Oswald acted alone. Citing Snopes here because they attempt debunking the CIA angle but end up underscoring it -

But until recently the word has always been a tradecraft term within the intelligence community for decades. It had just been used more often against foreign enemies, not the American people.
