Remember this? A guy Leo Brandon Farnsworth, who has been held in jail for some unknown offense filed a lawsuit against Joe and Jill in 2020, due to him being an unexpected witness to Joe's use of a young boy (his son Hunter or Beau?) to hand over a thick manilla envelope to some man in a McDonald's restaurant. He alleges this was a payoff for the murder of Joe's first wife and daughter which occurred a mere weeks later.
There was a whole twitter thread detailing this that I screenshot a while back by a Carminda Brendel before Twitter permanently deleted her account. (What a surprise!)

Back when Hunter was in the news for ditching his gun, a friend asked me about Hunter and I wrote this reply, and saved it just incase. If I'm off slightly on some detail(s) I apologize, but I tried to make it as factual as I could based on available research...
*Except the gun, which he bought illegally, wasn’t lost. It was tossed into a dumpster by Hallie Biden, who was afraid that Hunter was going to kill himself when he was high. Who is Hallie? She’s the widow of Hunter’s dead brother, Beau Biden. Hunter was having a sexual relationship with her. He was also having an inappropriate relationship with Hallie’s 14 year old daughter (his niece). And don’t forget about Hallie’s married sister, Elizabeth Secundy, who he was also involved with. All this was around the same time that he impregnated Lunden Roberts, a stripper from the club he frequented, who he later refused to pay child support to. This was, of course, after he was discharged from the Navy due to his cocaine use causing him to fail a drug test. But really, this is all basically nothing, in comparison to what was later discovered on his laptop.
Hunter’s interesting love-life is reminiscent of his father, Joe, who was having an affair with the family’s babysitter, Jill Stevenson, according to Jill’s first husband, Bill Stevenson. Sadly, Joe’s wife, Neilia Biden, and their 13 month old daughter, Naomi, both died in a suspicious accident, when her car couldn’t stop at the bottom of a hill, ran through a stop sign, and was hit by a truck. Joe has spent decades accusing the truck driver, Curtis Dunn, of drunk driving, despite the fact that the police report states otherwise. Nothing like trying to destroy an innocent man’s life, for what? To cover something up? I guess we’ll never know. But here’s the fairytale ending... Now that Joe’s wife, Neilia had been killed, the mistress (his kid’s babysitter, Jill) was free to leave her husband, and marry Joe. And that’s how they came to be Joe & Jill Biden. Such a heartwarming, wholesome love story.*
I heard somewhere that the car was sitting at that stop sign, and was almost like pushed out into the intersection in front of the truck, possibly by another vehicle.
Idk, had the sense at the time that the trucker was involved,
like maybe they were already dead, and the staged car accident was just a cover-up.
I also read somewhere about her car possibly being pushed (by another vehicle) into the path of the oncoming truck. So who knows? Either way (brakes fail or car was pushed) you can’t help think foul play was involved.
This is similar to the plot of the Married with Children episode "The Godfather." Al Bundy became a powerful person in the episode simply because Kelly was screwing with a married Alderman.

It is because Joe's first wife and daughter likely represent a massive roadblock to his political future.
I think it was more that his first wife AND 3 KIDS were a massive roadblock to his romance with Jill.
His wife was the one drinking. Probably because of his cheating.
