In the Video Game sphere the same thing is happening with the game “Hogwarts Legacy.”
Games not even out yet. Yet the studio keeps getting massive amounts of preorders specifically because the game pisses off liberals and media personalities on Twitter.
What specifically does it pass off liberals about. I might go and buy just to add on the train to help make the point. As a gamer, woke gaming has ruined the industry and culture and I want it to return to a wokeless point
Part of the main plot apparently involves Wizards suppressing a Goblin Rebellion. And the Twitter sphere has linked Goblins to Jews. A group of Evil Wizards also makes an appearance helping the Goblins. An apparent subplot involves the player unlocking abilities inherent to their family line of Wizards. Criticism over “Lack of Diversity”. Because apparently 1800s England shouldn’t be full of White People.
As best I can tell part of their anger isn’t even linked to the game at all. JK Rowling is just on the outs with the mob over “Transphobic” shit she’s said.
The Steam forums for the game were apparently rather Based for a while after 4chan got involved. Mods apparently cracked down on the forums. But bait threads still slip through periodically.
There was also shenanigans with the tag system. Again Mods and or the Devs cracked down on it. Examples of meme tags include Transphobic, Genocide simulator, Capitalism simulator etc.
The studio making the game has a meh track record for titles. Not particular great. Not excessively bad either. Quite a bit of Disney Shovelware before Warner Bros bought them.
Sounds like I should invest in this game just to help pise off the woke mob and also to help show that the avg person doesn't like that diverse and fag shit lol
There is clearly support for the sane side. And some still bow down to this satanic ideology even as it becomes clear that there are more than enough people to have their back. That is of course if you are famous. Someone who isn't famous can be taken out quietly. However, even that is changing as more and more people wake up. We need to have our neighbor's backs as a matter of survival.
This is one of the few situations where communism has a lesson to teach us. When the woke mob comes for you (formerly the NKVD), you fight back with everything you have. You do not comply. For those who read the Gulag Archipelago, the reason the NKVD (Stalin's Secret Police) was able to do whatever they wanted is that people would not resist and their neighbors would not talk about what happened for fear of being next. They usually didn't spend much effort going after those that resisted or ran away. The NKVD never had enough people to get everyone at once. This made them weak in reality. However, they pretended to be strong, which is how they managed to keep operating. Because they got a hold of the people's minds.
Bonus rant: The reason people often didn't resist when getting arrested was because they were usually innocent and they thought they would be cleared. However, in a communist system, if you were arrested, then you were guilty because you were arrested. No one was ever innocent. The state does not make mistakes because it is all powerful, knowing, and good according to the communists. This is not an exaggeration, that is how they operated. That is still how they operate in communist China. The state can not be seen to make mistakes and, as a good communist, it is your duty to cover up any mistakes the states to be sure the people don't lose confidence in it. And this is by any means (murder, lies, etc.).
For anyone who hasn't yet, I recommend reading the Gulag Archipelago. So many of their tactics seem to derive from that book. Still in their early stages, but it is easy enough to see how they can scale them up to usher in an era of a despot totalitarian state, which is exactly what they want.

We are not at that stage yet. Before that happens, they will want to disarm the population first, which is something the Soviets did. Even if they declare a bunch of guns banned, what gun owners will need to do is NOT turn in their gun voluntarily. If they want to unconstitutionally confiscate them, let them try to do it by force. I doubt that they will have the courage to start showing up at people's houses. Just like the NKVD, if there is the mere threat of resistance, they will usually back down as they are cowards.
As for doing things, there are many things that we can do that don't require courage because they aren't cracking down on those activities yet. For example, printing a bunch of flyers and posting them everywhere or the online equivalent. That was illegal in the Soviet Union at that point. Trying to turn as many people as possible through conversation. These things may not seem glamourous and sometimes it's not clear if they're even working, but are very necessary.
As for the things that require courage, those things need to be done by everyone at once or not at all. If individuals start doing these things, they are going to get picked off one by one and used by the deep state for their PR campaigns. Usually for these types of operations to runs successfully, things need to get so bad, that nobody can stand them anymore and/or there needs to be a big event that happens that galvanizes everyone against the authoritarians.
Now depending on what you're proposing people do, the reason you might be getting flak from people is because they are warry of getting setup by a government agent for something illegal and imprisoned for it. And on these forums, it's often difficult to tell whether you're talking to someone real or a government agent. Sometimes it's better to hold and do nothing, than to do the wrong thing and get eliminated. Note that the FBI are not the only agency that does this. The NKVD actually used to do this too. They had their agents suggesting to people to act individually or to say something anti-Soviet so they could immediately arrest them. This put a damper on any rebellion or even any talk of rebellion. And if we are not careful, they could do the exact same thing to us.
I listened to 2m 30s of a 5m clip of that, but it was an extremely, dreadfully boring dry British voice actor. Then again the clip was very poorly chosen, but even still the VA had no inflection, and was very nearly monotone in his recital.
