This is the Clinton method of claiming the scandal is 'old news'. This sets the narrative that it must be 'okay' because why didn't anyone say or do something about it before? It's really a juvenile excuse of 'No one ever told us this was wrong'. Moreover, the Clinton method here responds to the scandal allegation as another political attack.
When others are found violating the same thing, the scandal now is expanding and becomes more difficult to prosecute. This is especially true when there's the element of 'Too big to fail' when it involves important government officials. As they say, crimes like this are deserving of company. And company shall they have. Could Pence be attempting to make this appear to be a common precedent thereby absolving Biden of his crimes of possessing confidential information? Is this why Lindsey Graham is defending Biden saying its probably much ado about nothing?
What about Trump and his Mar-a-Lago raid? Are Trump's documents (which are indeed legal) contain compelling evidence against Hunter Biden and Joe Biden? Is the Pence and Biden confidential document ordeals an attempt to make Trump's documents go away? In other words, AG Garland decides to drop all the cases, including Trump's, due to the fact 'everyone' has been violating these protocols for confidential documents?
To fix this 'snafu', Garland will notify the FBI and Intel agencies that they need to amend the protocols so that this will never happen again. This seems to be the standard way Washington covers up widespread crimes. Oh and by the way, we'll just keep all of Trump's documents. The end result is Biden and his extensive empire of corruption is left untouched. Many RINOS and democrats alike are now saved from discovery. The corrupt system continues as it always has in the past.
To me, the scenario above appears to be the motive for Pence entering the picture.
'Ignorance of the law is no excuse' has always been the prosecutors response to 'excuses' like this.
Note that after the discovery of a personal server in Hillary Clinton's home, General Colon Powell came out publicly claiming he too used a personal server and it was rather common for administration officials to do this.
Doesn't hold water, though: if you are given a document by the government, you've clearly been authorized to have it. And if you're not authorized to have it, the one who gave it to you is the criminal.
Oooohhhh! Yeah!!!!
Well, they can find all sorts of Classified Docs at Killeries, her HUSBAND was President, so IF they have some, it's obviously allowed....
Obamas too, Bush 1 and Bush 2 also....
It's the VP Homes that need to be searched, and then the Congress' Homes, because we know how Crooked they are....
How about searching the Top Generals who served between 1980 and now....
For the Clintons, it depends on the dates. But they will certainly have some.
Killerie got fired from the Watergate investigation for stealing important Documents....
And yet, here she is, running wild like the hooker she always wanted to be....
Very true!
I believe we will. Declass.
Would love to see them envelopes.
Some people here remember the time when the "envelopes" were the only hopium people had. There was nothing visible other than that!
I still think there was photographs in those envelopes. they didnt have time to read before their faces dropped
Maybe it was just two words, like "you're fucked" and they've been trying to figure out why for so long. Maybe this is how they are fucked.
maybe, but judging the look on jeb's and laura's face... it seems like something a bit more traumatic... like a photo of their crimes. just my hunch
Did Jeb ever recover from his heart attack at Daddy's funeral?
My favorite moment!
Thank you for this post. A new way to look at what has happened.

Love this thought!!!
I like your thought.
Lol. I was thinking this exactly. I want to know what those envelopes say!
Ha, ha! Nice thought.

That’s what I thought, but what if the documents in Biden and Pence’s possession were given to them by Obama and Clinton.
Well, the sitting President can declassify at will, no? If that situation were true it would absolve them.
Now THAT is interesting.
