Cut 90% of government and things will actually get better. People will become more productive without the weight of bureaucracy holding them back and bleeding them dry.

I work amongst these drones. And I can tell you, I don’t know what the fuck over half of the people in my team do every day. Cutting 90% off sounds about right. These agencies are also very top heavy and they’re like women, they like spending tax payers money while they play politics.

Lol, are you expecting some kind of Kaizen in the public sector? From personal experience, it took a YEAR to approve something as simple as an internal-use Excel calculator. Things like this shouldn't take a week. I also fail to see why executives (i.e. 5 levels up the chain) need to look at these things at all.

Every time I call someone who is still milking the work at home scam, they either don’t answer or answer/ call back out of breath or confused because they just woke up. Some have good work ethic but godless communists are just out for themselves. Elon showed us the way. Fire 95% and hire back the essential as you need them. Lots of good work from home. Not one essential federal government service is performed from your home. I don't think a border control agent can be successful from home. No marine or soldier is useful at his house. No Senator, judge or rep is effective from their house. Elon has it right.
The Fed. was designed to protect the borders of the USA and it can not even do that.

Yes trim all the fat, but don't just cut, REPLACE. Get everyday folks in there who have been watching from the sidelines for decades what DOESN'T work... and hire them up with relevant specialty backgrounds for some actual productive policies and projects. Personally I just can't get onboard with tiny to non existent government dreams of the anarcho libertarians, for one thing its un American because there's no way in hell America could have grown an dhad the massive infrastructure build out in the 19th - 20th centuries without federal government funded and (smartly) managed projects. The difference then is they knew how to get shit done and promote industrial and creative problem solving for real world problems for a nation as large as this. I'd much prefer that than total laissez faire / anarchy.
