This basically says that they DO engage in the process of engineering gain of function mutations. But we should all feel better because, don't worry, it's only in a limited number of cases.
They are basically admitting guilt.

Funny how they make a distinction between comirnaty and the Covid 19 vax. We’ve been told repeatedly that they are the same thing. Anons are right again.
They are “legally distinct”. Which I believe means they have liability under the Comirnaty since it’s approved, and no liability under Pfizer-BioNTech since it’s under Emergency Use Authorization. And I think there is some difference with the formulas. But guess which one is not available, Comirnaty, of course. Bait and switch.
Their letter specifically only addresses the Pfizer-BioNTech version of their vaccine. It doesn’t address the Bivalent or Comirnaty versions or mention them in their written statement.
But then they attached their information on all 3 to the letter which clearly shows there are three versions of the vaccine even though their written statement only addresses one.
How about they send us a letter for the Bivalent and Comirnaty versions also????
