If Fetterman's wife gets appointed to serve in his place, it will then be completely obvious that the entire Fetterman candidacy was just a ploy to get that bitch into Congress.

Yes...and now released the hospital said long time ago, he is not healthy, he hears 'muffled voices' in his head.
I believe they shoved him into the senate so a removal would end up allowing them to place who they really want, someone unknown, until the next election cycle.

A person gets appointed in their place, usually by the governor, technically could be anyone, nothing says it must be the spouse.
