It's looking to be another example of "free money = destruction".
Happens a lot in the conservative webs.
Go public, get all that free money from stocks, bad guys buy up the stocks, use their leverage to get who they want on the board of sups, take over the business, force out the creators, destroy the business, move on to next.
OK, I didn't know either but clicked the link. It's live, real time, watching the number of followers of Project Veritas drop on Twitter. You know, people are pissed off because the board is trying to fire James O'Keefe.
If by “do anything” you mean call him on the carpet for a six-hour denunciation, put him on paid leave, and forbid him to speak to anyone about the situation outside of Project Veritas, which caused a group of lawyers to send a case-and-desist letter to the Board outlining their possible crimes against Virginia nonprofit laws—yeah, I guess “they” did something.
i unfollowed in the first batch and sent notice to my group and blogs.
Not yet. Still under discussion by the PJ Board.
Want? What's going on? I'm out of the loop! I heard there was some kind of internal turmoil recently, but I've been out dealing with offline life...
The Board of Project Veritas wants to boot James O'Keefe from the organization - it's been infiltrated or something.

Added a personal note before unfollowing!
I don’t understand what this post means.

OK got it. I clicked on the link to, but I didn’t see what it was about. I just saw numbers changing. Thanks for the context.
We shouldn't unfollow Veritas, because this could be an optics stunt.
Maybe O'Keefe values his life, doesn't want to be the MAIN target anymore, and requested somebody "tag in" for a while.
We should voice wanting him back, but not jump to unfollowing. Doing so could harm our ability to spread info.
I unfollowed on all platforms. Banned from twitter.
Won't let me see anymore. Kek.
PVs Board of Directors received a cease and desist demand letter from a large group of their donors. (https://twitter.com/oldrowswig/status/1623528200486649856?s=46&t=hacrnz1QPKN65zpsxK-02Q)
Already unfollowed last week. I kept following James.
What happened?

I wish i could contribute but i didn't follow that one 😅
Down to 1,463,280 at 3 pm on Sunday—about 1200. Pretty sure they’re buying follows.
James O'Keefe is a mason. They want you to unfollow the last investigative reporting entity. Don't fall for the gimmick.
