According to Derek Johnson the SCOTUS is under continuity of government and can’t enforce the remedy bc military is the only way. I’m inclined to believe him. The laws and orders are pretty obvious. But I still wish the Brunsun case would initiate a new election. Paper only with ID. Counted where the vote is cast.
If the oath of office is meaningless, and not enforceable, then that means that the entire purpose of the oath is to deceive the public into believing that the oath has meaning- in other words, the oath of office is a deliberate fraud.

I like the Community Styling though and find it more fulfilling to alter the HTML to add my own "Down Doot" by adding text to the data-direction="down" href. It also feels more laborious and fulfilling for when I do decide to downdoot a post, but I probably only do a handful a year as it has to be something really wrong or poster is a real asshat or something for me to care that much to go against the grain on their content. Didn't touch this post at all though, just commenting!
This case will create a Constitutional crisis, which is the plan, so the military can step in and maintain control for a period of time and clean house
Don’t think we have to worry about him becoming a full time lawyer. Might as well be Lloyd Christmas writing their suits.
I’ve done enough yapping about what a joke this case is. You can search my post history if you’re so inclined. It is embarrassing that anyone thinks this case is going anywhere. No cognizable/intelligible/viable legal theory exists in their complaint. Only a bunch of jabbering about many of the egregious acts of bullshit that happened in the 2020 election.
If you are not legally inclined, you read that spiel that is basically 90% of their complaint and think that is their argument. You quit reading too soon. The last few pages are their claims for relief. Idiocy of the highest order. They have six of them:
promissory estoppel - trying to tie the 2020 election to a contract law form of equitable relief. Basically trying to claim people whom he never met or spoke to somehow have an agreement with him that they backed out of. Nope. Dead on arrival.
promissory estoppel - same as above
breach of duty - similar angle to 1 & 2 but trying to tie negligence theory to people he never met or spoke to, nor can he vote for. Elected officials do not have a “duty of care” to the public, the breach of which arises a viable negligence claim. Nope. Dead on arrival
intentional infliction of emotional distress - L. O. Fucking L. Wow. He went there. The retard level is self explanatory here.
fraud - not fraud as in the election was fraudulent. Fraud as in “fraud in the inducement.” Like “these guys told me they would uphold election law, and they didn’t.” But to be viable, would require “I wouldn’t have ever cast a ballot if I knew otherwise” to be considered fraud in the inducement. WTF? Nope. Dead on arrival.
civil conspiracy - no viable underlying tortious acts were alleged, accordingly no conspiracy is possible. Dead on arrival.
And these fucking dipshits of the highest order actually state that a federal criminal statute that defines punishment for treason is a basis to grant him this same punishment as relief in a damn civil case…
People send these dickheads money. Grift grift grift, all day long…grift grift grift while I sing this song…Jim Bob Cooter Brunson and company are snake hopium salesmen capitalizing on people’s righteous outrage and indignation about the fraudulent 2020 election. Pay these clowns no heed and definitely send $0 to them.
What counter arguments? There are none. Other than "omg you cannot criticize this sacred cow!" That is about the extent of it. A bunch of platitudes about muh fraud and muh treason doesn't count as a legit argument. This case is retarded stupid dog shit and people should be better than to let their own feelings about the 2020 election cloud the analysis. Yes, 2020 was ultra mega fraud. No, making a bullshit lawsuit cloaking outrage about the fraud in with random tort claims is still not viable even if people are mad.
This case is so bad, you cannot make a counter argument that I couldn't immediately destroy. Thats how bad this is. Me. Just this rando on the internet can eviscerate any argument in favor of the viability of this lawsuit. Stop listening to anyone promoting it. Anyone who is shilling this case on their podcast is in the same class as Lloyd Christmas Brunson & Co. - grifters.

Why is there any (2) downvotes? weird.
Commie shills, can't help themselves.
I don't even have the option to downvote if I wanted to. How do they?
You can change some view or setting,it's been disscused before.

I know. Why hear it again then. First on Jan 6 then on the 17th 🤔
SCOTUS is trolling us? Or nothing can stop what is coming? Or coincidence?
Who the hell knows
This case will create a Constitutional crisis, which is the plan, so the military can step in and maintain control for a period of time and clean house
I see that as a possibility, but not getting my hopes up.
That seems likely but who knows at this point.
Daron is the legal mind of the brothers and the author of the lawsuit.

I think you aren’t as smart as you think you are.
Just read the counter arguments that have been written already by others.

I don't think I am smart. That's how retarded this case is. But your brilliant counter to this point was noted. Are you a MENSA member?
Wow, exciting.🥰
This seems reasonable even if it doesn't pan out. There is no point settling a dispute legally if its already being fought forcefully.
Did POTUS comment on the first go around?
I never saw any comments on TS the first time.
I don't think it was this mainstream at all the first time around. That John Solomon or Justthenews is reporting this now is pretty interesting too.
I agree fren...
Me neither. So DJT might know something that we don't. Imagine that?
I'm praying so!
