Brunson v. Alma S. Adams; et al.,
(Biden, Harris, Pence & 385 Members of Congress)
Currently, there are two lawsuits identical to each other.
The first One, filed by Loy Brunson is still held up in the Utah Federal Court.
The second one, filed by Raland J. Brunson has made it to the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS),
Docket #22-380, where the brothers filed a 2nd petition for the Court to consider hearing the case.
THE LAWSUIT
Both lawsuits include defendants Pres. Biden, Harris, former V.P. Pence and 385 members of congress for breaking their oath of office by voting AGAINST the proposition (that came from members of congress) to investigate the claims that there were enemies of the constitution who successfully rigged the election.
BOTH LAWSUITS ARE ABOUT THE DEFENDANTS BREAKING THEIR OATH OF OFFICE
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic..."
THE QUESTION
How can you support, and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign, and domestic? Answer: You investigate. If there are claims that there is a threat, even if you don't believe there is a threat, you investigate. How else can you determine if there is a threat unless you investigate? You can't. Were there claims of a threat to the Constitution? Yes. Where did these serious claims come from? 100 members of Congress. What was the threat? That there were enemies of the Constitution who successfully rigged the 2020 election. Is this lawsuit about a rigged election? No, it's about the members of Congress who voted AGAINST the investigation thereby thwarting the investigation. Was this a clear violation of their oath? YES.
THE RELIEF THAT LOY AND RALAND ARE SEEKING
That defendants be permanently removed from office, and not allowed to hold a public office again.
I don't know. It sounds like it was something that was put up for a vote and they voted, as opposed to officials being given a task which they just failed to perform in good faith. We'll see. Pence might be said to have failed to uphold the Constitution. He could have, within the bounds of the Constitution, further investigated. This might be an area the Court can rule on.
Since the installation of the resident in chief, I have been using flag stamps for snail mail which I place upside down to show the dire distress and extreme danger to life and property we currently are experiencing. Remember, the best is yet to come. Keep the faith. Pray the SCOTUS makes good, protecting the constitutional Republic most of us love and respect. As for my flag at my home it is flown properly in respect of my great country and its ability to defend against All enemies foreign and DOMESTIC!
I've been putting my US flag stamp upside down since this whole thing started. They will continue going on upside down until arrests are well underway.
Because the Justices will drive by all of our houses and see them? Other than Justice Thomas, who actually drives an RV cross-country when he vacations I highly doubt any of them would ever notice. On top of that, public opinion is never supposed to affect their decisions. They are supposed to follow the law, regardless of what the public thinks.
This should have been viral the moment Biden stepped on the Oval Office.
Ours has flown upside down since then.
Mine too ! I pray we can turn it back soon !
Mine has been upside down since Nov 4, 2020!

If you don’t have a flag…put an upside down flag on all your social media and post it everywhere. Would be nice to see upside down flags go viral.
Gonna require the chans to get something viral. The last viral profile picture change was NPCs on Twitter.
It was funny that’s why it went viral.
Yup…needs to be on the chans.
Do you have the time to post a template (to sticky)?
Pic of upside down flag.
Short explanation of Brunson case.
Why this is important (supremes need to see the support of the people?).
Link to case.
Supreme court hash/social media.
So anons can spread? I’m only on TS but would blast it everywhere. Other frogs can take and blast it wherever they roam. Thots?
Isn’t Monday the 20th a Federal holiday? Would the Supreme Court be working?

I don't fly a flag. But every time I post one,it's upside down.
My late son had it hanging upside down during some of the Obama years until he died. He was a true patriot like his mom and dad.
brunson=hahaha
not going nowhere.
Perhaps.....but what are YOU doing to bring our Republic back?
(on his behalf) Keeping people's expectations in check?
When do you say it was lost?
