Those tracks are not used much,once or twice a year. They are not really worth repairing. I've seen similar in Oklahoma,maybe not quite that bad, they haul grain out once a year.
Still... Would one or two East Palestines a year be acceptable? Is it acceptable for some of the richest people in the world and their companies not to cough up the money to fix them in the richest and 'most powerful' country in the world? I have never heard a train engine sound like some old logging rig, in America. This is some POS from India from my prospective. I will send this to some folks that retired from the tracks and see what they say.
