There are descriptions in the Bible of how God's love is similar to and greater than a mother's love, and wisdom is personified as female and as creator in Ps. 8, but God always identifies as male. Furthermore, the Father and the Son are clearly male. For the Holy Spirit, I'm not sure how the Greek manuscripts handle His pronouns, but I would assume male.
