I'm not saying Flynn is for sure a bad guy, I would need to see more before I come to that conclusion. But I will say this prayer he engaged in should definitely be seen as a red flag, and definitely is warranted of some criticism and questioning.

Clements gave impressive talk at Lindell's Cyber Symposium. Then he (with Lin Wood) started to attack Gen. Flynn about prayers. Dismissed.
