Get rid of HOAs, deed restrictions, enforce immigration, and don't use infrastructure as money laundering schemes and city life would be amazing.
I realize it is largely a personal thing, since my wife and I would probably rather take a bulllet than live rural while some thrive on it but objectively all the problems with cities and large towns come from Democrats and RINOs

The problem with cities is that living so closely together with others, their personal issues, negativity, worries, vices etc. subconsciously rubs off on you, making it harder to be at peace & to build a relationship with the Lord. Meditation and prayer can be disrupted by those influences a lot.
As long as they do not require you be tagged and procced like the Globalist crap.
Could be, on the other hand, the start of what every city will be in the long run IF, again, it is not just a new catchy term for the same global agenda.
