Those soap operas were soo addictive. My mother got me hooked on the ABC ones and it was a long time and many hours wasted watching them, before I broke free. supposedly the CIA was helping make them so addictive? Whoever was behind them knew what they were doing…
I was just telling my husband recently that I couldn't believe his daughter and I managed to record (on VCR) three ABC soaps and watch them every night. She was in high school, and I was finishing my bachelor's degree. How did we have time to waste like this??
Kelly Ripa had a morning show with Ryan Seacrest called "Live with Kelly and Ryan' when Ryan Seacrest quit. She used to do the show with the Michael Strahan a few years ago who is a now "Sports Caster.' I think when Ryan Seacrest, her last co-host quit the show, she cancelled the entire show. Not sure but almost. This is the people in the picture with the boot.

Kelly Ripa was the official replacement for Kathy Lee to co host LIVE with Regis. My mom was a huge Regis fan.
