Seems suspect to me. Would a document like this improperly use “it’s” instead of “its” repeatedly? Looks very bogus.
Agreed. Need some sauce. Extra sauce on the side. Link to prior post that may have anon digs/sauce.
Yeah. Misuse of "it's" instead of "its" could be either historical artifact meaning "itself" or it could be an indicator of a non English speaker composing this document.
I am investigating the etymology to see if this might be proper historical use.
You are right about the historical use of the apostrophe friend.
It also has "excepts and/or exchanges in United States Currency".
Is the word excepts supposed to be accepts? Or is excepts some legalese I am unaware of?
Some weird 18th century language usage here. "except" may have a commerce meaning along the lines of "out from" as a kinda opposite direction of incept "in to".
And "excepts" instead of "accepts"?
Doh, should have read one post further before hitting reply.
For some reason this looks extra fake and gay.
Maybe it’s the coloured paper or the numerous grammatical errors.
Sauce or GTFO
I'm not sure how applicable this is, but here's a PDF file.
Do you have more information about this?
Have you been able to find any documents related to the UNITED STATES CORPORATION such as its Articles of Incorporation, Trust II (1871) creation, etc. I'm getting stonewalled on finding Articles of Incorporation for that and for STATE OF CALIFORNIA CORPORATION (1933).
There was some info floating around at one point about the state corporations' Washington DC address (where they appear to be domiciled), but I was unable to find it again.
Articles of Incorporation on the American Bar Association Corporation (domiciled in DC) would also be useful for some litigation.
couple years back there was a bunch out there. some older lady had (maybe still has) a website I can't recall that covered much of this. it was written kind of as a blog I guess you'd call it.
anyway, I do recall seeing some seemingly legit corporation papers that did lend credence, but the misspellings were always odd to me
VK Durham maybe ?
no think some lady's name. she was doing some good digs that gave me hopium back then. actually surprised it hasn't dawned on ne over past 24 hours or so. pretty sure she spoke of God but not as her main course of delivery by far
ty. I'll keep looking. Bad guys doing a pretty good job of covering their tracks. They have completely obliterated all evidence of the British Accreditation Registry. They may be hiding it by changing names such as switching BAR into IBA International Bar Association: https://www.ibanet.org/
When this 1st came out I had one of my friends who is a lawyer look into it. He did discover it in the 5th circuit of Florida which is out of Pensacola, this was actually there and then it was removed. He said it was not dismissed, it had no directives to a reassignment either, like to a differentdistrict...nothing. He said it just disappeared.
Here is a great explanation with lots of sauce. https://www.dtss.us/four-us-constitutions.html
