Did you build it? The designers would be stupid to not put at least basic cameras and signals recon on the LARGEST satellite constellation by far ever created. Expand your thinking.
I didn't build it, but I was involved in other satellite programs. Starlink is a communication system, not a surveillance system. No way would they put on a camera for a function it is not intended to perform. Nor would the camera be adequate for any meaningful photography (satellite too small to afford the size and weight of the necessary optics). You don't know anything about surveillance or reconnaissance systems, so expand your knowledge before you presume to think about it.
The region has so much radar coverage, this isn't even a need. These are easily tracked, with little public outrage in having them "crash". You can be certain the west use them very aggressively.
These drones do not run on Starlink
Starlink can see and hear them is my point
Starlink has no eyes, and has ears only for its own network signals.

Maybe no eyes at 'optical' wavelengths...
It was not claimed that they run on Starlink. Only that Starlink could facilitate their tracking.
