EPHESIANS 5:8-14 8for once you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of light 9(for the fruit of light is found in all that is good and right and true), 10and try to learn what is pleasing to the Lord. 11Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. 12For it is a shame even to speak of the things that they do in secret; 13but when anything is exposed by the light it becomes visible, for anything that becomes visible is light. 14Therefore it is said, "Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give you light."

Thank you for this, fren. I see I need to study the Bible more often.
I posted this as a response to a Twatter guy who is big in "Trump is the Antichrist, Dark to Light is Masonic, there is no Awakening mentioned in the Bible" a moment ago.
This helps a lot to get rid of these doomers.
The weekly readings for every Sunday are set 2 or 3 years in advance. The readings in the Episcopal church are the same, week by week, as in the Catholic church. Looks like Q did a lot of research for the plan. (I know. That's a duh statement)
My church read this same reading, too. Are all of the readings, gospel, and petitions of faith for the Catholic Church fed to the clergy in advance?
They are related to the church calendar which is fixed and comes from the important seasons/dates and masses. The old Testament reading points to the gospel reading which is also supported by the psalm and I think it's called the lesson reading.
Thank you - very helpful!
Ha! Glad you posted this. I was thinking the same during the reading this morning.
"11Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. "
Sadly, and with the exception of this site, Q and Trump team, the sin of omission is widespread in today's world. ABP Vigano speaks often on this.
I also took a picture of this at church this mourning. I have to speak on scripture for our church retreat and will be including this..
Haha, I took a photo of this reading and was going to post it. Take no part in the unfurtfulness of darkness. Yes, it held weight and meaning. You are correct.
thanks for posting & was just wondering about this the other day; if there are based priests/preachers working together to share certain verses for the based in the congregation? went to mass on Wednesday & the priest talked about monetary greed, also talked about math/the number 7 & read a couple verses from the Q-Source section of Bible. talked about light too. was also an older, more studious priest from the last time I was there, so that was a relief. sure many of the long term-good ones have seen a lot of evil over the years/they seem to be the ones who acknowledge demons/serpents. maybe the have certain Cardinals they take cues from...
In my experience the young priests are the ones bringing the fire. I am very disappointed in the mid 50 to mid 60 year olds. They seem to have bought in to the Covid mania and the search for security through human, not divine, means.
So true. Woodstock theology is dead. Many if not most young priest are on fire for the Lord.
