How can they arrest him with the statute of limitations expired. Has this been discussed?
The crime they are trying to arrest him on is a misdemeanor which has a 2 year statute of limitations. To get around that they are trying to link it to campaign finance violations which would raise it to a felony. But the campaign violations are federal crimes which a state, or actually city in his case, has no jurisdiction. It’s a mess. At least that’s what I can get out of all that I have read. The feds declined to prosecute based on lack of evidence of a crime.
I think that's why the indictment will be sealed until after they get the mug shots they so desperately want.
After that, the case will fall apart, but they will have the mug shot to plaster everywhere and can claim something about two level justice system.

I have over a thousand social media friends and yet only a handful every respond to my political posts. They are oblivious to anything that happens. Try red pilling but I'm learning they don't care. Vast majority are very conservative yet Vaxxed. SAD!!
