And if America worked the way it should, we would not. But it is the communist deep-state that does exactly that. No, Trump is saying he would jail those who are guilty. What did the AG of NY say he would do even before elected? Remember no one, Left or Right, is above the law if guilty, and evidence/crimes are not fabricated, twisted and charged to meet the narrative desired. I think it's perfectly fine to jail "political opponents" when they are convicted of treason for betraying their oath of office and the people they allegedly represent.
Not convicting these criminals pays homage to the unwritten agreement that they can all get crazy rich via corruption together as long as none of them throw the first indictment.
