How many years have they tried to play the bird flu card? IRL humanity doesn't get hit with deadly flu every few years. The whole scenarjo is contrived. Just say no.
They need fear mongering and agenda pushing to negate the negative karma of releasing stuff like this in the first place.

I believe they attempted to stop the midterms with Marburg virus—there were multiple mini outbreaks in the lead up to 2022–but were unsuccessful in getting it to take hold across the globe. Same with Monkeypox.
