Right on schedule. Now that the jibby jab is on the CDC's childhood vaxxine schedule, they no longer need the liability shield of the EUA. Since this military countermeasure does not fit any of the normal regulatory processes, it is hard to say where they go from here as to its classification. Keep your eyes on the WHO next month regarding the International Health Regulation amendments. The US doesn't need a health emergency order if it is handed over to the WHO.

EO13818 declared a National Emergency surrounding Serious Human Rights violations. To my knowledge Biden did not rescind that EO. Wouldn’t that mean we’re still under one?
Good point. There were multiple national emergencies declared under Trump - Human Rights, Election Interference and Covid. Looks like one of them is being wound up now. I am pretty sure each emergency has its own role in the COG and seems like one of those roles are finished.

Need some help. How are we to interpret this? Here's what I know:
Where I live, the plandemic hasn't been a thing for a year now (no masks, no mandates, no closures, nothing). Unemployment benefits related to CV have also been long gone. Airports across the country, to my knowledge, are not requiring vaxx cards or masks and haven't been for a while now.
What does an end to the national emergency status mean? Does it open the door for something good to happen? (If so what?). Or bad to happen?
The powers available to the government under this national emergency are no longer available to government. At this point, I think it's about funding and money shenanigans. Is this good? Very. There's still a ways to go, though.

The leftists run town nearby announced that they were not lifting their emergency because of the federal political decision. They are waiting on science since the emergency was always about health. ironically, All their testing, mask, distancing, etc has ended but the emergency gives other political powers so for health, they are not giving them up.

It could be, I heard from an anon here that the removal of the EAU can open big pharma up to the lawsuits. We shall see soon.
