You know something strange is happening in the diesel market in Europe. Its now cheaper than petrol for the first time in ages. I wonder where a lot of this diesel fuel has been ending up after it was purchased by Ukraine? It might have been laundered into the European fuel supply via Hungary, Turkey or the Balkans.
The War Powers Act of 1973 requires POTUS to notify Congress w/in 48hrs whenever military forces are introduced into hostilities, and is required to end foreign military actions after 60 days unless Congress provides a declaration of war or an AUMF

In addition to what has been said, this also impeaches (loose meaning) Zelensky and the Ukrainian government for their dishonesty and pecuniary interest. Not a noble war, if the head of state is sending thousands of troops to certain death but is counting out his skimmed wealth.
