Shiva has always been one to loudly proclaim his own intellectual accomplishments. In his own eyes, he's a genius. I'd agree that he's an intelligent man but, I'd agree, his own glory is front and center. I cannot imagine him getting enough votes to get on a ballot but, we'll see.
