Unless it was dismissed with prejudice, it can always be re-filed; presuming the statute of limitations on the cause of action hadn't expired.

This last election was huge to us. Let's say it's as big as the whole earth but there is a whole galaxy out there. I'm saying this because you need to expand your thinking....
It's much bigger than one election, fren. This cabal has been going on for centuries if not millennium & gaining momentum every year. They don't just bop off an unfortunate person here or there they are harvesting children for their blood and worse things that that. They are milking humanity for the sadistic pleasure they get from terrorizing us. For the sake of the future of humanity, it's all got to go & go for good, forever.
It's a giant sting op & it's got to be done the right way & with the right timing. Yes, they have the goods but they are releasing them in a way that will eradicate this demonic pestilence for good, once & for all. This is why the beans are not all split at once. One drip at a time & they will be back up to the wall. If only one escapes it can fester, they have an unescapable plan which no one knows exactly the plan for obvious reasons
