What? Did you get exposed once and you still have these symptoms? That’s terrible.
Everyone I know over 50 has thyroid issues.
Hmmmmm
Thyroid: Iodine deficiencies thanks to chlorine, bromine and fluoride.
I put two drops of nascent iodine in my large drinking water along with trace minerals every day. Been doing this for over a decade.
It was long-term exposure over several years. I didn't correlate my symptoms with the sofa until I realized, on the rare occasions when I left home for a few days, that I would improve a little. I noticed an unusual smell from the sofa, purchased a test kit, and verified very high levels of the chemical...which would off-gas when the heat from my body warmed the foam and fabric. I used to sleep on the sofa frequently because it felt good on my back...all the while breathing the stuff in...
Flight attendants sued the airlines over permanent-press uniforms impregnated with formaldehyde, and Lumber Liquidators was nearly sued into oblivion over their use of the chemical in their press-fit wood flooring. Now, it's possible to purchase formaldehyde-free plywood...so you can get an idea how pervasive its use is.
Thank you. Sounds like it was pretty frequent.
Glad they stopped using it. Makes me wonder what else is in things to cause sickness.
Look into the glyphosate desiccation in breakfast cereals. They are poisoning kids with every mouthful. Up there on the list as celiac disease.
I thought you were pulling a bait-and-switch comment so as to make a joke about the dozens of jabs children have to get now.
But you were serious?
And this sounds plausible?
I'm not sure if you are responding to one of my comments, or someone else's. If it's me, then, yes...aerosolized formaldehyde is a dangerous toxin -- even though it is a natural compound as well. In higher concentrations, it frequently causes autoimmune issues, and, in my case, hyperimmunity in addition to autoimmunity.
I knew that. I just didn't think its use in chair stuffing amounted to anything. Wow.
I thought it was also used in clothes manufacturing to set dye?
