Correct. The DHS was brought in after 9/11, along with the PATRIOT act.
Since we know 9/11 was a false flag that was used as a pretext to create DHS, the DHS is the fruit of false flag terror.
I seem to remember the Patriot Act being 800+ pages when it was introduced and passed in 2001. At that time I had thought "an 800 page document introduced only weeks after the event had to be all ready to go before 911". Today doing a search the number of pages are anywhere from 131 to 363 depending on the source. What happened?
