This has been something on my heart as well. Especially because God has put on my heart to create a givesendgo for a certain aspect of my work yet I have held off because it didn't feel right, or more accurately stated it didn't feel like the proper time. Still praying on how best to go about this. Figuring it can't be a main post here. Still working it out. God will guide me to the answer In his timing.

Find monotonous music and play it when you're trying to focus. It's weird but for me, listening to queens of the stone age is as effective as my medication.
