So I hate to just make gut predictions, but all the talking heads out there do it all the time and are wrong and no one ever calls them out on it, so why not put my gut expectations out there and see what happens!
I posted the other day about King Charles being crowned on the 2016th day since Q's first post. And before we've talked about the Queen dying on the 1776th day. So Q dates are definitely tied into calendar years in some instances. I think we may have a few current events tying into the "current event year" of the Q posts.

Here are some anticipations for the rest of the time as we pass through the "Q eclipse".
Q day 2016 May 6, 2023 This is the day King Charles III was crowned.
Q day 2020 May 10, 2023 Tomorrow! The year the Resident was elected. IF Hunter gets indicted that would be BIG! Somehow that seems too obvious. But I feel something big will play out tomorrow, whether it is that or something else.
Q day 2021 May 11, 2023 Title 42 ends today, and there will be an absolute invasion on the border. The likes we haven't seen up to now. Symbolic of the absolute mess Biden has brought on this country when he became the resident in 2021.
Q day 2023 May 13, 2023 I have no prediction, but it is the Q Eclipse! Even if nothing happens, still exciting that the Q timeline is passing over the real life timeline.
Q day 2024 May 14, 2023 The year Trump gets reelected and it sticks! I don't know what to expect, but I expect some sort of Patriot win this day. Unfortunately I think it is too early still to see something to show a real change in the tide, but I do think we will see something to show us a big hint at what we have coming in 2024.
Q day 2025 May 15, 2023 Maybe it comes this day, the day Trump will officially comes back into office.

I've no idea why Tucker chose Twitter. Rumble would've been a far better choice and they would have been very glad to host him. Videos don't work well with Twitter. At least they stopped the crap about how the video would end when you clicked onto another browser tab, preventing you from listening while doing something else. Stupid Instagram is still like that.
Twitter makes a lot of sense. Normies use Twitter and if Tucker can get as many viewers or more, then it's bad news for the DS.

I believe there are some contractual limitations with Faux News on where Tucker can continue his show. Since Twitter is a social media platform and not a news outlet, Tucker can land there with no limitations.
Bonus, Musk is more likely to support Tucker's free speech than not. So we're likely to get a more unleashed version of the show.

By q day, they mean it's been that many days since the first q post, so today has been 2020 days since Q first posted.... IDK wtf a Q eclipse is.
We are in the year 2023. When Q goes beyond the Q day 2023. That is the eclipse as we have not hit 2024 yet, but Q days have.
No one knew because I completely made up that term for this post, but bigitch hit the nail on the head with his response.
