First thing that happens after being cuffed is you get IDENTIFIED. Usually officer will simply relate to control, one in custody and their status. Followed up by identification, and yes you don’t get to keep a mask on, it gets inventoried and place in a property bag to tag along with you as you ride to jail.
I wore the uniform… but I’ll never be a fed unless I truly believe and see evidence of the agents in place inside our federal law enforcement dealt with. I believe Trump will for sure finish what his administration started. If ever given the chance I would work for a Trump administration in a heart beat. I worked for a local Sheriffs office, and I’m aware that our agency as well as others have selected members that go to the FBI academy and act as FBI informants form with in their department. Good thing I was friends with a member of our intel unit ;). I know all the dirty deeds. But I’ll always be a patriot. Give me liberty or give me death, Libertad o muerte.
Yes but you don’t get to keep a face covering on or sunglasses unless they are medical glasses that prevent seizures, one guy in my academy class had to constantly use dark glasses even indoors or he would see white flashes constantly.
I know if you riot, masks can be taken off, I'm not sure about the laws in the US, do you need to show your face after being arrested?

Do they let you wear a mask for a mug shot? The whole point is to have a picture of the face of the perp.
