I'm relaxed about DeSantis, I think he's working with Trump. The tension between them bring important issues up for debate. DeSantis isn't stupid, he's burning his boats politically and I think he must have a good reason.
But we can't test ideas, we're at hurry up and wait. GAW is pretty much split down the middle on DeSantis: DS or bait. And yes I realize that it can confuse the DS as well, but we've been burned in the past.
I remember watching the inauguration and expecting something to happen like arrests. I think lots of people expected that too. All I am saying is that there are lots of twists and turns in the plan and it's a good idea to look at several possibilities if we are trying to work out what will happen.
The devolution guys did a podcast (videocast?) and discussed this exact scenario.
They aren’t sure if he is working with them either but they said it has the same result.
