The thing that bothers me about this reporting is that KLW is reporting that the "Russians blew up this dam". All along Ukraine has been firing ordinances repeatedly at the Russian-controlled nuclear power plant endangering all of the region to nuclear radiation. They did so even when a team of IAEA inspectors were there.
One needs to ask, why would the Russians blow up the dam when they already are in firm control of it and it endanger the entire region to a nuclear disaster? The Russians are well prepared for the purported Ukraine counter-offensive having superior numbers and logisitics. The answer is that it doesn't make any sense at all for them to do this.
