Would this, then, not include those in the militia, created by congress through the Selective Service program, deputized by M. Flynn?
Could this be seen as unconstitutional given that members of service are required to disobey unconstitutional orders and have a duty to defend and protect against enemies both foreign and domestic?
Disobedience to an illegal order is not contempt. How you disobey can be construed to be contemptuous. You can refuse to obey an illegal order, but it must still be done with respect to the Office of the person giving the order. There is a requirement of decorum amongst the commissioned Officers. The proper statement would be stated as thus, "All due respect sir, but I cannot obey that order as it is a direct violation of my Oath and the laws of this nation."
I don't know who is doing it but my posts are being deleted by someone other than myself without reason!
Commissioned only?

👍👌😉
My biggest take away from her original post is that even retired personnel who still receive pay cannot hide from Justice either.
Contemptuous words seem like such a nothing burger given the scale of what we're dealing with.
I wonder the significance?

Thank you for that!!!!
Opened Twitter, still can't read it. Any synopsis? Thx
Question: Is the office of the Commander in Chief (aka the POTUS) considered a regular component of the armed forces that is entitled to pay?
If so, doesn't that cast the net of liability over all former presidents for violations of the UCMJ?

Perhaps more relevant question, would Fauci fall within the Public Health Service category?
