Maybe they're making them pick up their billions instead of sending them over. Like when a friend wants to borrow money and wants you to come deliver it. Government is getting tough with Ukraine.

Update - it appears the Ukrainian Air Alliance is delivering "relief" to Guam on behalf of FEMA within the U.S. and for the U.S. (again, WTH??) This is odd ... here's info on the FEMA charter:https://www.freightwaves.com/news/fema-charters-ukrainian-cargo-airlines-for-guam-relief
Info on the UAA and aircraft: per UAA’s website - which was founded on February 28, 1992 and is one of the first private airlines in Ukraine, which has received international status by registering in the ICAO (ICAO Call-sign UKL). The business activity of the Airline is aimed at cargo air transportation on domestic and international routes. Currently the Airline operates AN-12 aircraft only. The Airline carries out charter cargo flights around the world, as well as fulfilling contracts with governmental and non-governmental organizations for transportation of humanitarian goods. UAA closely cooperates with the UN and NATO on the delivery of urgent cargo, including military and dual-use cargo. The Airline is also licensed to carry dangerous goods. UAA specializes in transportation of oversize cargo, has a huge experience in carrying perishables, animals, palletized cargo and mail. Flight and engineer/technical staff of the Airline are highly skilled professionals and have years of experience in civil aviation. This ensures a high level of service, punctuality and security of cargo delivery worldwide, even to difficult approached airports and in adverse conditions.

WTF
Prop plane.
Wonder if the corrupt govt has contracted Ukr mercs to go to Guam to attack Camp Blaze...
It was in the states about a month or two ago. I assumed it was picking up MOAR cash. 😉
We train foreign pilots here in the US frequently.
Expect a FF in the Midwest soon.

Why is this troop transport plane doing in the US, is not to drop off Ukrainian troops on our soil? They are leaving from Cali, and I assume they are going back to Ukraine.
dropping them off for the next FF after the humiliation of those patriot front soyboys.
Holy crap! Do we have Ukrainian soldiers in our borders now?!
Oh hell no.
Can't find that Southern Border anywhere... just gonna fly around till they see it.
That’s the bag man. Maybe.
Military sales. Or in the US case given it away they just have to come pick it up.
Possibly consistent with dropping off a fresh bunch of trainees, on the Q-T.
There was a group of men in flight green suits at the local BJ's recently. They were speaking an Eastern European language. Naval air station is near by.
It overflew Durango. It was loud & hard to ignore. A lot of C130 traffic has been going over lately as well.
The decibels peaked my interest - so I had to check out what was flying over. That was unexpected. The C130s are for fire fighting … usually. 😉 I think we’re neighbors.
Seems to be run by a cargo airline - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ukraine_Air_Alliance
