They killed affirmative action when it comes to college admission. There are plenty of other areas where they use it. Hopefully it gets struck down everywhere.
True. Common sense would say if race-based policies are unconstitutional in one area it should translate to others, but in the real world it will probably require more lawsuits.
That's exactly what I just said on another thread. They will try to do it on the DL anyway, and they'll need to get sued in order for them to get it through their heads.
skull and bones is pretty old. our education system was always a control mechanism. but it could be a positive institution, if it was taken over by we the people.
Even though I hated school for exactly that reason (the element of control), I donβt think we need to do away with the entire system just because part of it is corrupt. We'll never get anywhere as a species if we donβt educate our children effectively.
Rapidly discredited how? Nothing prevents you from continuing to discourage the college path. Plus, this injustice needs to be corrected anyway; if not now, then when?

Yep, they won't give up without a fight, but truth is on our side.
WWG1WGA doesn't give a damn about skin color.
To the dust bin of history AA shall go!

now do it for businesses
Unless they find a way to cheat this ruling, I assume this will help my son get into colleges this Fall.
And mine all lived through the "Do we have any Native American in us, Mom so I can check that box?" years.
I'm a bit sad by this since we have so much momentum moving away from our broken university system and it was rapidly becoming discredited.
Now we're gonna resume sending skilled and intelligent kids back into that mental castrater? Resume being proud of impressed by MIT and Harvard?
education doesn't have to be evil. people are going to keep sending their kids anyways, so this is a necessary step to avoid more bridge collapses.
Not to mention you'll have classrooms with (hopefully) more of our kind in there, who would speak up against some eejit prof spewing bullshit.
Iβd argue colleges got the way they are because of policies like AA.

What is that first lil guy carrying?
It's just a simplified version of the baton the leader carries. This is a clip of the Coffin Dancers that this meme is based on:

Michael and Barry are pissed, the dicks are mad.π
Every biden appointee is affirmative action
