All mankind is inherently sinful. That’s why the world has been the way it is since the fall of man, and it’s why we ALL need a savior in Jesus Christ.
If a baby that was only minutes out of the womb dies, would it go to Hell since it is naturally sinful, and in all likelyhood didn't accept Jesus as it's lord and savior?
That’s a good question that is frequently discussed in theology classes at seminaries around the world. The Bible has several verses citing when the child reaches a point where they understand right and wrong and sin vs. righteousness, that they become subject to judgment. It is well understood that no parent or adult figure ever needs to teach a child how to lie. Their sin nature will cause them to lie when they see a reason to do so.
BTW, I gave you an upvote to cancel the downvote someone gave you because this is a very good question that needs to be studied by Christians at all levels of development as well as people outside the faith who want to know where the Bible stands on certain issues.
If people weren't naturally good North Korea couldn't exist. It is natural goodness that stops the masses from enacting the justice that would set them free. The very thing the evil exploit.
It is but a handful of evil people who control the good because they are good. Along those lines, people desire peace and the righteous will band together when things go sideways. The every man for himself theory that people concoct for a shtf scenario is fantasy. Even the meek will rise when a cause is grand enough.
You can't tell the difference by looking at them. You can't tell from what they SAY. You can only discern narcs/psychopaths by what they DO.
Narcs/psychopaths have no conscience. They only see other humans, and animals, as things for them to use. And that's what they DO, every time, without fail.
You cannot change a narc/sociopath. There is no treatment, no medicine, no amount of reasoning that will ever "cure" them.
Until normal/decent types learn to recognize narcs/psychopaths, the normies will continue to believe their lies and the misery these monsters inflict will never end.
“Humans are inherently evil vs inherently good” is a laughable debate. The answer is very simple. Having the knowledge of both good and evil, humans have the capacity for both - and each of us have the opportunity to evolve by adhering only to what is good, and eventually becoming one with our father in heaven.
Fortunately, the only sin or evil any sincere person needs to worry about is ignorance, since it is only that darkness that keeps us living in sin / illusion. With understanding comes a cessation of sin, because when one KNOWS all the effects of their actions, the illusion of the wrong choice is dispelled. And that understanding, that there is no choice, is true freedom - liberation from illusion.
Only problem is: Don't mess with NK - they have nukes, and itchy fingers. No matter how 'bad' you think they are (looking at you neocons)- do not start a war with them. They certainly do not care for muh Democracy, or muh rule of Law. As far as they are concerned, those are all lies.
The Korean War of the fifties left deep scars, and now, they do not trust the Americans, because they were the invaders.

There are two basic types of humans:
Normal/decent
Narcissistic/psychopathic

You can see who the psychos are, they have very bland personalities and they can be changed, I have seen this happen more than a few times.

May Christ within you reign supreme.

Pre Trump, NK was purely a Cabal puppet for scaremongering. Nothing they did was on their own.
