Apparently, the demand for this movie has caused more viewings than we first expected. The Cinemark in North Canton, Ohio is having 12 screenings today, running on two screens at this venue. They are getting the same number tomorrow. They scheduled 9 more screenings on Wednesday, and 5 each on Thursday and Friday. My family will be watching it tonight and we got our tickets in advance.

I think this movie will take the same trajectory as Passion of the Christ. It’s a similar slow roll out, pre-order ticketing sort of deal.
I don't do movies anymore, but am hoping for a big weekend from Sound of Freedom, as well as a box office bomb for pedo Disney, dumbass Harrison Ford, Woke Kathleen Kennedy's Indiana Jones and the Dial of Diversity™
You already got one of your wishes: Indiana Jones went over like a lead balloon.
Sure hope so. I have to travel about 100 miles north to Ukiah, CA to see the film with fellow church members.
I remember the trajectory with Passion of the Christ. Will be interesting to see if the distributers want to make money or will block this film from more theaters because Hollyweird is such a bastion of pro-pedophilia.
Saw the Jim Caviezel interview with Dr. Jordan Petersen. Very well done.
It’s one thing blocking a religious movie. It’s another to block a movie about child abuse. That’s way too obviously evil.
It’s playing in Napa
Really? That city didn't come up on our searches a few weeks ago. Too late now - the bus is ready to roll. Maybe my DH and I will see it in Napa again. He's unable to go with the church group.
Thanks!
I watched it today. I’m sure you’ll want to bring your DH to see it. It’s playing in Napa through Friday.
Great! Thanks so much!
Quiet at 2:45 today, maybe 40 people: NE Ohio location. Mostly middle age couples. The most annoying part was watching the advertisements for upcoming movies. They all looked like garbage, accept for those coming out from Angel Studios. I expected more of a documentary, but it followed the action/drama route. I thought it was well done, but I am not sure how impactful it will be to make child and human trafficking a big focus. It did show how easy it is for children and parents to be misled and snatched off the street. You can not let your guard down for a moment, and can not trust strangers even if they appear friendly and well meaning.
The scenes during the opening credits were quite disturbing.
Theatre I saw it at was sold out, for all showings today.
We bought our tickets in advance.
First showing today was at noon on Monday. About 50 people there to see it. Ticket sales said he already had 54 tickets sold for the tonight showing at 6PM and that was only the online sales. LET FREEDOM RING---and be seen!
In my local theater it is playing on 2 screens for a total of 7 times today.
I just checked and I see a little more over a dozen theaters showing it. Most of them are showing it only once or twice a day. Some are showing it four or five times a day.
And since population and location are important demographics for determining popularity of movies, I live in the DC area. Population of about 5.5 million.
It’s in the theaters I normally go to, they aren’t advertising it tho. But at least it’s there.
I live in NW Arkansas, a red city and State. I looked at ticket availability and it looks sad to be honest. There are only a few purchases for each viewing as of last night. Now things may have changed today I have not looked. Now there were tons of prepaid gift purchases you could tell by the 1st rows were purchased but no others in cinema. Its really hard without the Hollywood marketing budgets My family is going this evening
I'm going to see it tomorrow at a Cinemark in Charlotte, my tickets are pre-ordered online. I'm glad to see that at the theatre we are going to that 3 of the 5 showings are already sold out! It's a smaller theatre but it's the only movie with any sold out showings for the day.
It's showing up here in the Adirondacks!
I was surprised to see that there's two showings tonight (7/3) at nearby theater...a little bit annoyed since I thought 7/4 was the first showing. Too much hassle to exchange tickets. Going tomorrow!!!! It's going to be epic.
I live in a small town. At first it wasn't listed when advance ticket sales started. Now it's at the local theater through July 12th. Four shows daily. I'm making sure to bring tissues.
I watched it today. You will need them.
