I think its clear that they struggle to control RFK, even if they do prefer him to Trump.

But RFK is less tested. They may well be willing to roll the dice with him.
Frankly, the same reasons I have near absolute trust in Trump but have only cautiously optimistic trust in RFK Jr., are the same reasons the DS may think they can find an opening.
Either way they will likely work together afterward.
I fear that they will arrange an accident for RFK if he gets too far along.
