Exactly. Nothing says yet that he flipped - he is just agreeing to testify before the committee - under subpoena. I'm not saying he didn't, but we just don't know that yet. If he doesn't testify he risks jail like the conservatives did when they defied the J6 committee subpoenas, and he has already "rescheduled" twice.
