There was a group of 14 billionaires that met in New York City in 2009. They called themselves the Good Club. Some of the names were Bloomberg, Bill Gates, George Soros, Warren Buffett, Oprah Winfrey, David Rockefeller and Ted Turner.
They claimed they had a desire to combine forces and overcome political and religious obstacles, save the world from certain demise. They claimed the gathering was designed to look at the health and environmental crises that were plaguing the globe.
However, the link below says it was a gathering to plan and implement a depopulation agenda.

By combining financial resources their money could "buy a friendly press, cooperative scientists, and compatible politicians." They could also influence Hollywood, corporations, universities and fund the UN Globalist schemes.

Also, Ferguson headed the Vaccine Impact Modeling Consortium and was paid millions by Bill Gates GAVI Vaccine Alliance.

So, if these billionaires (Good Club) wanted to combine resources to save humanity and at the same time were working closely with the United Nations, WHO, World Bank and IMF, does it make sense we have had constant international warfare and widespread religious percussion since the Good Club met?
If they met in 2009, that means the next 7 years within the Obama admin we had Middle East conflicts (ISIS), overthrown countries (Ukraine) and Christian percussion that was turned out. Then after Biden takes office war with Russia starts and it is endorsed by the United Nations.
In this 300 page document from the United Nations, it specifically talks about bringing nations together to solve ever growing environmental calamity facing the planet. Nowhere in this article does it say we should start a nuclear war between Russia and the USA. You would think if the fate of the world hangs in the balance, the last thing the UN would want is a World War 3.

Instead, what we had seen since the 2009 Good Club meeting is a constant attack on humanity at every level. Just to name a few off the top of my head:

Poisoning food with Glyphosate.
Poisoning the water with Fluoride.

Combining Global Geoengineering with HAARP to modify weather systems and create pseudo climate change effect.
Burning our forests to reinforce the climate change theories.
Pushing us away from fossil fuels to incorporate unreliable electric transportation.
Opening the borders and allowing invasions from third world nations.
Burning down our food storage facilities.
Taking land from the farmers and farm program paying subsidies to farmers not to grow crops.
Rerouting water supplies away from organic farmers to save an endangered newt.
Pushing all countries into debt slavery and stealing economic wealth with debt interest.
Creating foreign and religious tension between nations.
Pushing wars that ultimately leading to nuclear threats.
Bill Gates and the UN likes to talk about how 4 million lives are saved in Africa with vaccines each year. Doesn't this go against the UN's narrative that the world is overpopulated? Can they hold both narratives simultaneously?

I think you found the root for the issues plaguing us. I would say, though, that most of these programs you listed have been in effect for decades. Especially cloud seeding, the dissolving of freedoms, poisoning of our food and water, vaccine manipulations, gene editing and manipulations, and the media used as a form of population control. And by decades, I mean 60+ yrs. But, I think this meeting brought all of those independent plans and actions under one banner of control thru the UN/WEF/WBO/BIS.
Anyone else notice that Warren Buffet manages to stay out of the lime light? He gave Gates billions for their foundation and hardly anybody noticed. Now he's on this list from way back....
